Description: Officer Daisy Arocho was suspended 30 working days for violating Department Policy,
Procedures, Department Rules and Regulations. While off duty, Officer D. Arocho was a third party in a domestic violence incident. Officer D. Arocho did not take appropriate action during the domestic
violence incident by notifying the appropriate authority of the domestic violence incident. During the course of the internal investigation, Officer D. Arocho displayed a lack of candor to internal affairs investigators. Officer D. Arocho also failed to notify the department of an off duty motor vehicle accident.
