Description: While on duty, Captain Jarusiewicz entered the office of a subordinate officer and threw an object at that officer. A physical altercation ensued. Subsequently, during an Internal Affairs investigation into this incident, Captain Jarusiewicz was interviewed and was found to be dishonest in his responses regarding his actions on that day. Captain Jarusiewicz was suspended for 140 days and demoted to the rank of Sergeant.
