Description: Officer Daniel Infante was suspended for thirty (30) days for violation of Conduct unbecoming a public employee, after members of the Montvale Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop and found Officer Infante to be driving under the influence. Officer Infante was subsequently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
