Description: On Sunday, April 17, 2022 an Investigator reported that Officer K. Wilson‐Carter left her fully loaded departmental issued weapon with hollow point ammunition, in the bathroom of University Hospital located at 150 Bergen Street, Newark, NJ. Additionally, Officer Wilson‐Carter failed to notify her department after retrieving her weapon from Rutgers Police Department on this date.
