Description: An anonymous complaint was received that Officer Janitqua Days was using illegal drugs (Marijuana) while off duty. Urinalysis was requested and it was confirmed by the NJ State Toxicology Lab that she was positive for Cannabinoids‐11Carboxy‐THC. The conduct reported occurred in January 2022,but the disciplinary action (6‐month suspension) was finalized in July 2023.
