Description: On March 11th, 2022, PO Moyano was arrested and issued eight summonses, including
driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, and reckless driving. PO Moyano pled guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and received a one year revocation of his driver's license and a vehicle interlock order. Such a plea and the sentence imposed upon him rendered him unable to fulfill his duties as a police officer. PO Moyano was placed on suspension pending disposition and resigned from the Hackensack Police Department on January 31st, 2023.
