Officer hanson has stopped the vehicle i have been driving 17 different times and 3 of those times in a seven day period. He profiled my car at a laundry mat knowing already that the male owner had a warrant and has stopped it before. He waited for me to leave the laundromat watching at a distance on another street within view as soon as I backed out and pulled away he went in the same direction and turned at a four way in the direction I was in as I used my turn signal on the main road he turned down the road i was on and did a u turn to follow with no emergency lights to initiate a stop. I used my turn signal again and he followed down another street. I went another 150 feet and pulled into my passengers driveway in which at that point he initiated a traffic stop. He approached the car and demanded i give him my ID and exit the vehicle. I told him no in which i stated i wanted a supervisor because i believe he is harrising me and that I just gave it to him yesterday in the same location and that you have stopped me repeatedly i didn't feel safe. He stated get out of the car i have never stoped you before or pulled you over and give me your ID or I'm going to break your window and drag you out. I said no I'm not doing this I asked for a supervisor. He broke my window and opened my door. He grabs my arm and uses an arm bar against the frame of the car door while my seat belt is still on and dislocates my shoulder. Then when that fails he takes and unbuckles me and decides he is going to taze me. While he is tazing me he pulls me from the car and puts me face down with my face in a mud puddle and ripes my jacket off in the freezing cold with his knee on my back. Mean while he paid no attention to the male passenger because he already knowing we are not who he was looking for. After getting cuffs on he picks me up and steps on my feet during the entire time of trying to double lock the cuffs. I struggle for about 10 min with this being i can't feel anything on the side he tazed me on so I almost fall each time. When he goes through my car I have a medical lock box in which he broke the lock on to get into. When they where done I was dumped at the er. A warrant was then issued. I have factor five liden which comes up on the search when he ran my name in which he had ran it before even following me in which tazeing me could have killed me.
