COMPLAINT FOR BRADY/GIGLIO VIOLATION – OFFICER DALESIO

On 15 November 2025 at approximately 00:40 a.m., in nighttime conditions and during light traffic, Officer Matthew Dalesio Badge No. 422 and Officer Mallory Lash Badge No. 416 of the Pickerington Police Department initiated a traffic stop of Radmila Jackson on Birchwood Street. They stated the reason for the stop was that they had "clocked" Radmila Jackson traveling at 65 mph when they passed her in the opposite direction in front of Pickerington Square Shopping Center on Hill Road.

Officer Dalesio and Lash's statements are materially false, as documented in available dash camera and/or body camera footage:

1. Impossible Speed Measurement Timeline. Officer Dalesio and Officer Lash passed Radmila Jackson in the opposite direction on Hill Road in front of Pickerington Square Shopping Center. Moments later, they executed a u-turn and shortly after activated the emergency lights. The video footage establishes that the elapsed time between Officer Dalesio's initial opposite-direction pass and his u-turn was so brief that when he repositioned behind her, Radmila Jackson was still stopped at the traffic light at Hill Road and Birchwood Street, the same light she approached immediately after Officer Dalesio and Lash passed her.

No officer traveling in the opposite direction can obtain an accurate speed measurement in a two-to-three-second window, particularly in nighttime conditions. The impossibly compressed timeline between the pass and the u-turn demonstrates Officer Dalesio and Officer Lash's claim to have "clocked" the speed is fabricated.

2. False Location of Stop. Officer Dalesio and Lash's stated they stopped her on Stone Creek Drive South , when the traffic stop occurred on Birchwood Street.

Officer Dalesio and Officer Lash's false statements constitute material Brady/Giglio violations made under color of law, resulting in arrest, vehicle impound, and incarceration of Radmilla Jackson.
