To Whom It May Concern:
Louis Detommaso and his wife Nicole DeTommaso had to flee the State of Florida in 2011 due to their involvement in drug trafficking. Cartel drug traffickers were minutes away from raiding the DeTommaso residence.
On or around July 4, 2013 Louis DeTommaso while employed for the Alvarado Police Department ran an unauthorized NCIC background check. This is a 3rd degree felony in the State of Texas.
On or around the month of January, 2021 Louis DeTommaso and his wife Nicole DeTommaso violated a Court Order by allowing minor children in their residence, unsupervised.
Louis DeTommaso during the year 2012 and/or 2013, at minimal, introduced one or more minor children on or around the ages of 6 to pornographic materials.
Louis DeTommaso during the year 2012 and/or 2013, at the worst, sexually exposed himself and/or sexually assaulted a minor 6-year old female child.
Attachment 1 is my Internal Affairs Complaint against Louis DeTommaso to the Mansfield Police Department, where DeTommaso is currently employed. This complaint is for violating a Court Order, and allowing minor children at the DeTommaso residence unsupervised.
Attachment 2 is my Internal Affairs Complaint against DeTommaso to the Alvarado Police Department, where DeTomaso was employed when he ran an unauthorized NCIC background check, a 3rd Degree Felony in the State of Texas.
