Nov. 7th 2022 i was arrested for strangulation child endangerment and domestic assault. Was bonded out of jail a week and a half later. For clarification I am a semi diesel mechanic so I get extremely greasy. That morning of the 7th I had been working on a kenworth semi adjusting its clutch and clutch brake, so my hands all the way up to my elbows were dirty with lithium grease (this type of grease is extremely hard to get off anything it touchs and transfers to anything and everything). The person that had me arrested was my x girlfriend Tana-Rae Sinner. She had called me asking me to look for her dog and ripping me out saying I left the gate open etc etc. Anyway I went and found the dog dropped the dog off with her she opened the passenger door of my vehicle let the dog out said thanks shut door and I left. No less than maybe an hour goes by and I get a car from an officer Robert's ogallala pd asking me where I was he needs to talk to me what happened at tanas house and I tell him I dropped dog off and left what the hell happened he said you know what happened already accusing me of said crimes. I told him I'd meet him at the police statio, I did i met with the officer said my side and he didn't even seem interested in listening the whole time handcuffs are in his hands arrested me takes me to jail. Skipping forward to the misconduct, after me and my lawyer get the discovery, I'm looking at the discovery medical report and read the entire thing, at the end of the report it goes through what the CTA report says in bold letters at the end said NORMAL NECK CTA NECK UNREMARKABLE. No bruises nothing. Proving it didn't nothing to her the county attorney Randy Fair makes me take a plea deal a felony. Threatens me that if I dont take the plea deal I will through the habitual at me, scaring me into taking it so the judge won't see the medical report and pictures... cause it would prove i was innocent. The pictures even showed no bruises and in the video from the officers camera she is seen smiling and laughing with the dhhs ladies. Normally when someone gets strangled the way she portrayed that I had done, there would have been blood shot eyes hardly talk cause a crushed lyranix hand prints around her neck visibly showing the hands on her neck and to top it all off she has low iron so she bruises like a banana, extremely easy. Randy Fair has been caught doing alot of shady stuff over the years of him being county attorney district 11 in general is extremely corrupt. But the starting of its corruption started pretty much when he took office.
