Officer Ryan Frederick aggressively followed me and illegally detained me for "headlight out."

I asked Ryan Frederick to identify the headlight. He lied twice and mentioned both. Neither headlight was out. I have video with audio.

This precinct has been harassing me for years. The entire precinct is dirty and bigoted.

Mark Stead and Scott Dreibelbis robbed me at gunpoint in my apartment 935 Penn Circle Apt B609, King of Prussia, PA 19406 on the morning of August 19th, 2024. Scott claimed he was "following orders" and somehow their body cams "turned off." This precinct has aided and abetted two known criminals and convicted identity thieves, "Timothy" Ryan Carroll and Cheryl Fung of 201 N Park Ave, Norristown, PA 19403, in their ongoing campaign to abuse and harass me after robbing me.

This website won't let me select the real officer's names because cops are just criminals protecting each other. It'd my judgement that the entire Lower Providence Township Police Department staff would be summarily executed in a world with a modicum or morality, justice, and ethics. They're so stupid that they only understand communication through violence.

You can fix it now or I will remediate my grievance through the means and time of my own choosing with the tacit acknowledgement that you are encouraging, permitting, and protecting any of my actions by refusing to return my stolen property and remove this precinct as a mafia with badges.

Pennsylvania Right to Know Law

65 Pennsylvania Statute § 67.101 et seq.

The Pennsylvania Right to Know Law is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of governmental bodies. Prior to 2008, the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act was widely regarded as one of the worst in the country, partly because the pre-2008 law presumed that government records were not public, unless someone who wanted the record could establish otherwise. A new law passed by the state legislature and signed by Governor Ed Rendell "flipped the presumption". This new law went into full effect on January 1, 2009 and it states, in sharp distinction to the previous law, that all documents will be presumed to be opento the public unless the agency holding them can prove otherwise.

The Pennsylvania Right to Know Law defines records as, “information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, that documents a transaction or activity of an agency and that is created, received or retained pursuant to law or in connection with a transaction, business or activity of the agency." Any United States citizen may request public records and no statement of purpose is required. There is no restriction on the use of records and five days is the limit for responses to requested documents.
