DEPUTY KYLE CLENIN
*Did Not cordon off the scene.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin did not put any markers down as to where the “supposed gun evidence” was found.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin did not put any markers down to mark where Chance was laying in the yard.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin lied in the Paper Discovery a multitude of times.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin only took one picture of the scene and Chance Edmiston, before the ambulance left with Chance's dying body
*Deputy Kyle Clenin EDITED the one single photo he took of Chance Edmiston before submitting that photo into evidence
•Deputy Kyle Clenin withheld from the Paper Discovery and both detectives that Chance Edmiston’s keys were missing from the scene.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin withheld a multitude of additional information from the paper discovery
*Deputy Kyle Clenin portrayed to the detectives as if he did not know anything about Chance Edmiston, but Deputy Kyle Clenin KNEW Chance.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin did not enter one single room, look in one single closet, look in one single pantry, cat room, safe room or attic when he was supposedly "Clearing" Chance Edmiston’s house.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin is heard on his own body cam lying to the EMT liaison and in the vicinity of the main detective on Chance’s case, verbally staging the crime scene to be something it was not. This blatant lie, flowed into an extremely important conversation we had with another deputy just a few weeks later
•Deputy Kyle Clenin is heard on his own body cam lying to Detective Leonard Kubilus.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin is seen on his own body cam removing a live round from the magazine and then calling Detective John David Swartz over to count the magazine.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin is heard on body cam stating to the female inside the house "I'm not going to snoop" as Chance Edmiston lay dying in the ambulance of Gunshot Wound to the Head.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin arrived on scene and "supposedly" secured the “supposed” gun without even having his body cam activated.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin waited 12 minutes to turn on his body cam AFTER arriving on scene.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin did not have his body cam activated until AFTER the EMTs had loaded Chance up in the ambulance
•Deputy Kyle Clenin had his first meetings with three potentially important people, roughly 2 minutes per person, off body cam.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin removed his body camera and faced it away from the scene for roughly 5 minutes, in which time, Detective Leonard Kubilus permanently left the scene.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin’s only form of note taking while on scene was a sticky note pad.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin contaminated his gloves and the inside of the evidence bag with his own DNA.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin contaminated the scene by expelling chewing tobacco onto the scene multiple times.
*Deputy Kyle Clenin did not have his evidence bags in a sealed tote, therefore, each time he opened his trunk, the evidence bags were being cross-contaminated.
•Deputy Kyle Clenin went back to Chance's house after Chance died, in his patrol vehicle, to seemingly socialize with Chance Edmiston’s female roommate. Deputy Kyle Clenin’s bodycam was off during this visit, and this visit was not noted in the Paper Discovery.
•When Deputy Kyle Clenin arrived back to Chance Edmiston’s house after Chance Edmiston died, to essentially socialize with Chance Edmiston’s female roommate, Deputy Kyle Clenin did not interview any of the other three adults who had arrived just moments before and who were all three mutual friends with Chance Edmiston and Chance’s roommate and of which one had plans with Chance that same day.

•The paper sack that originally contained the “supposed” gun evidence on scene, was disposed of. This crucial piece of evidence never made it to the evidence locker. This paper sack should have contained blood and debris from the weapons evidence which Deputy Kyle Clenin “states” he recovered from the crime scene.
•Per the bodycam video, no such blood and debris is contained within the paper sack that is later discarded instead of being entered into evidence
*The "supposed weapons evidence" was swapped or cleaned 20 days or more AFTER it was in the possession of Henry County Sheriff Department
