Earlier in the day my mother began attacking my father with her fists and a broom, I removed myself from the situation and took my dog for a walk. Shortly after, my father called Norman Police department for help. Officer Lauderback left my house after no police report was filed, and he found me walking my dog down the street. He proceeded to follow me in his vehicle while shouting my name. I eventually turned my head his way and he screamed, repeatedly, "If you ever put your hands on your mother again, you're going to jail!" This is a completely false statement and definitely felt like an attempt at intimidation.
