Statement

Police Chief Leslie Manahan, hid a report from the public when her subordinate officers and supervisor unlawfully attacked a black man and broke his wrist.  She provided information that was factually inaccurate and told the public to “ignore the video evidence”  that completely contradicted her lies and the lies of her staff. After the attack of an innocent man, her subordinates  left the scene without insuring he was in good health. This law enforcement leader did not provide a report for the public until she was sued for 700k, then she claimed she was 100% transparent. See also William, (Billy) Wheeler.
