Description: Member admitted to acting in an unofficial capacity to the discredit of the Division. While off-duty, the member was involved in a physical altercation with an individual after a minor motor vehicle crash. The member subsequently caused another motor vehicle crash causing injury to another and fled the scene which resulted in a criminal charge. The member also provided incomplete information regarding their involvement to local law enforcement. The member later entered into a Pre-Trial Intervention program to satisfy the criminal charge. The member received a 1,673 day suspension.
