Description: On May 18, 2022, Sgt. James Schulhafer failed to properly investigate a suspected impaired driver during a motor vehicle crash investigation. In addition, Schulhafer also violated departmental body worn camera (BWC) policy and procedure by failing to activate his BWC upon arrival. He also deactivated the BWC well before he cleared the scene. Schulhafer never called out on the radio and was on scene for several minutes before activating his BWC.
