Description: Member admitted to acting in an unofficial capacity to the discredit of the Division while offduty.
The member became intoxicated and was arrested after opening the door of an occupied vehicle, knocking on the windows of a business, and attempting to open the door of another vehicle. The member received a 120 day suspension.

The New Jersey Open Public Records Act became the state’s sunshine law in 2002, replacing, and significantly improving, a pre-existing right-to-know law.
