Description: Officer Rodriguez was witnessed by a Lieutenant of this department performing a manual labor off‐duty job, while he was out of work on Injured on Duty status. Officer Rodriguez was served a Preliminary Notice of Disciplinary Action (31‐A) seeking a Major forty‐five (45) day suspension and filed for Disability retirement before resolving this matter.
