Statement
At approximately 1:40 a.m. on September 17th, I saw officer Ellis on his motorcycle well past his usual shift at the police department and he was writing very fast up and down five cities drive in Pismo Beach with the radio on his motorcycle blaring alternative rock while he is still on duty in his uniform and on his police motorcycle being extremely careless and with no regard to the public noise ordinances in which he has been sworn to uphold in the city of Pismo Beach and the state of California as the officer of the law and after I saw him the first two times with his music blaring he then proceeded to smile at me with a very sarcastic grin on his face while he was rocking out to the music that he has blaring off of his police motorcycle mind you he still on duty because he was in his uniform. This should not be allowed by any officer on duty nor should it be allowed for him to be able to disobey standard department rules and guidelines as to not be playing his own personal music while he is on duty to where everyone can hear especially at 1:40 in the morning!
