Officer arrived at my house after I was in an accident, and suffered a concussion at the very least. He didn’t ask if I was okay or anything before illegally coming onto my property to arrest… then claimed that I was “resisting” when my response to him telling me he was going to arrest me was “at least let me shut my door first sir”, as I reached to shut my open door and let him arrest me. He kicked my legs out and slammed me to the ground(once again; this is when he believed me to be in an accident, and should have had the first priority of getting me checked out by medical). He then proceeded to lie in his supporting report/ Narrative. Upon my own investigation I found that now ‘Sargent’ David Olson has been quick to jump the gun in the past. As he killed a 22 year old man in 2010, because he thought the guy could “cut him up” with a piece of drift wood that was near where he killed him. And claimed that he “didn’t think he had time to get his taser out instead”. The states attorney will not provide me with Axon footage.. or at least is making it a pain to get. I am assuming because it does not correlate with Sargent Olsons story, and also makes her a liar and abuser of power as well. Her name is Emma Kalkowski-Farrand and so far she is not keeping her oath to the constitution either. Info on David Olsons murder that he was sued for can be found on caselaw.findlaw.com Case No. 14-1782 Capps vs. Olson 2015 As well as other sources… he was sued for this murder as well as the Pennington county sheriffs office by Capps parents… and then it appears it was swept under the rug. Also talks about how he never mentioned a piece of “dirftwood” to the first two reporting officers… and it sounds like came up with that excuse later. Mentions that the driftwood they later found and put in evidence was in overgrown grass. The piece of “driftwood” that officer Olson thought he would get “cut up” by from 20ft away was also reported to be between 6-8in long, which 2in seems like a lot of variance. I will most definitely provide evidence and Axon footage if/ when I can attain them. I am taking this very seriously as I not only suffered physical injuries from Sargent Olson, but also feel that this was an abuse of power, and my rights as a US citizen and a home owner were violated. And most of all because there is far too much abuse of power and sweeping the constitution under the rug here in SD, and Pennington county. When I asked for badge numbers… neither officer I dealt with would provide them, they instead claimed they didn’t use them… like they didn’t know they have other ID numbers instead.. one office who was actually responsible/ respectful did provide his to me at the jail. My case # is: SCR23-107010 David Olson is the only one I feel really needs to be listed, but if SA Emma Kalkowski-Farrand keeps trying to hide evidence and prosecute bogus charges, then I feel she should be added to the Brady’s list as well.
