Statement
From the previous complaint, Officer Chavis testified under oath that Defendant was being loud and bothering customers at Dollar General in the adjacent business but video shows the entire incident was in the parking lot of Econo Lodge Hotel. The business was closed. There were no customers bothered during the false arrest. Officer Chavis admitted that he didn't like the Defendant voice and said yes that Defendant/ victim was" mouthy. Exhibiting free speech only. Judge Capps, Thomas Smith, Sonja Floyd Keith and the prosecutor were present. This hearing is on video at the Dothan Municipal court recording. Chavis used excessive force to remove me from my car,hit me in the process and struck me in my back, Left ribs and left arm causing injury. Officer Mark Agrello and James McCree helped him and failed to intervene. He submitted false charges to the magistrate court, judge, high ranking officers and City attorney. No review took place and moved me from his cruiser to Agrello to offset investigators from retrieving all by body cam videos.
