I was run off the road by a police officer in 2017. This happened in the City of Charleston's jurisdiction. Internal Affairs Staff Lee Mixon sent me an email indicating he won't be looking into it because it was; so long ago, and questioned if it was an officer at all. I described that the flood light on the officer's patrol car was turned into my face as I was guided onto the embankment and almost into a VERY steep ravine off I-526. I wasn't looking into the light, because I was screaming as I was trying not to go into the ravine, so I was looking straight ahead. (No "light blindnness" like when you look into the sun). I tried to catch up to him to get his license plate number. All these facts would have been given, plus more specific date and time if he had spoken to me or e mailed me asking for more information.
