This officer was in the police car with Officer Javier Diaz and did not intervene while Officer Javier Diaz battered me during what cops call a "rough ride." I was being transported to jail, Officer Diaz drove at speeds of 100 MPH, over railroad tracks, hit breaks hard causing me to propel forward and injured my head severely. "Diaz, nor Gonzalez secured me with a seat belt as required by law and department policy". I was injured during that rough ride. Hans Gonzalez did nothing to stop the assault. He did not report any of this to superiors or to Correctional Officers at the jail when we arrived. Hans Gonzalez covered up the assault.
