Statement
Trooper Greg Melzer had claimed that he found paraphernalia in my vehicle during a traffic stop. He never searched my vehicle. When an attorney confronted him, and got him to admit that he was mistaken, Devin Mapes proceeded to say "Well they look like the type." While looking over at my wife and I, and shared a laugh with Trooper Melzer and others seated at the table
