Melissa Handke, who was not elected for office by the citizens she represents, has knowingly released a pedophile back into the streets of the communities she is supposed to serve. When speaking with local law-enforcement, fellow business-owners & citizens as well as personal friends who practice law - not a single person can understand this. The only logical explanation is bias *against* successful, highly recognized social-media based media agencies that actively prevent this criminal activity such as Oklahoma Predator Prevention, which has proudly amassed over 50 successful convictions of child-predators within Oklahoma in just the last 2 years. This, in addition to the active prevention from sharing FOIA contact information after the fact regarding internal communications and coupled with the active campaign from their office to 'hang up' the phone when anyone requests information on matters and decisions like this should be considered not only unlawful but unmoral, unethical and purely neglectful at best.
Mrs. Handke has in the past shown on the record her lack of regard for the legal process, undermining the citizens with her repeat-choices to let the worst people in the community walk freely while the Ardmore Police Department are making the arrests and telling the people "we're doing all we can".
This is not enough. This is possible criminal negligence.
