Statement
In a hearing for DUI test refusal, before the DUI charges are brought to the court. The defense fights this hearing to decide important things, about the test and if refusal. Here, during the police cross-examination The DUI guy+ found the witness, alluded to the report that has the info? Why is John Cunningham signaling the witness? the witness pulls out report. But the judge and defense are missing this! The prosecutor Cunningham, he looks like did he swallow a fly. nope got caught not back then but he got caught now. Shame, Shame.
