Redding police (2 Brady listed cops) acting very suspicious conducted an unlawful traffic stop (out of bad faith ) they are considered the "bad apples" off their department, these officers had no reason to pull me over but when they still chose to that put me the victim in a very dangerous situation once I realized the officers conducted a bogus traffic stop( although they were assigned to DUI duty, and the stop had nothing to with me driving under the influence of any substances because I do not drink never have in my life) due to their biased discriminative behavior , wanting me to continuously identify myself after they already obtained my identity , instead of de-escalating doing the "RIGHT THING" and letting me go they continued to harass me racially profiling an african american retired disabled post 9-11-01 Iraqi war veteran (U.S. Army SGT RETIRED) pro-longing the stop which violated the proscription. Of an unreasonable seizure under the fourth amendment , they violated victims 1st Amendment , 4 and 14th amendment , being the subject of an unlawful "fishing expedition", entrapment into an unlawful arrest, unlawful detainment , (for what it felt as if I was being kidnapped , and thrown in a jail cell by bad officers fishing for convictions) 5th amendment violation not giving me my Miranda rights or warning before or after my false arrest , denial of medical care for injuries sustained they caused not allowing me my phone call to an attorney, and 8th amendment constitutional rights , When the legality of their unlawful stop was challenged due to the officers lying about the probable causes, to pro-long the stop making me the victim the subject of an unlawful investigatory stop (even though no crime was committed,no traffic infractions, no traffic violations, no crimes committed, or victim being engaged in any suspicious activity , j(no ticketable offenses) I'm just driving to the store to grab a bite to eat . the officers could not get what they wanted , I the victim asked for a supervisor on the scene to intervene in the officers misconduct so that I may be free to go .the supervisor(on the Brady list for bad cops) arrives with 6 more (Brady listed) "bad apple "cops, I expressed my concern in fear of my safety with the excessive amount of officers on the scene surrounding me , (a law abiding citizen) who has not at anytime displayed behavior that I was a threat to any of them, and I calmly explained to him the pattern of practice within their department as far as their officers making racially profiled stops ..the supervisor failed to intervene as I was explaining the stop was unlawful he didn't want to listen , instead the supervisor (without saying im under arrest) aggressively opens my car door as all 8 officers rush my vehicle jumping in pulling me out , on me like a bunch of pitbulls , supervisor who was not acting in his official capacity joined in as he and the officers pulled me out of my vehicle taking my phone and turning. off the recording (1st Amendment Violation) knocking my cain out of my hand (being that I am 100% disabled and walk with an assisted device Due to joint and muscle degenerative issues, and arthritis) they commence to assaulting me ,I have what it feels like (8 cops jumping me as if we were in high school ans they were bullies) they use an extremely excessive arm restraint control move trying to further make a clean break of my arm which they did in an restraint move that was used far beyond than what was necessary . Being that I did not put up a fight , try to run, or start my car because my hands were in plain site as the officers has bright flashlights flashed in my vehicle the whole time searching and not finding any evidence of wrong doing, they injured my shoulder , cause me to have whiplash , headaches , they unlawfully searched my vehicle without a warrant or my consent violating my fourth amendment right again, stole my key off of my keychain so I would not be able to drive it off of the impound lot as a form of oppression, they bypassed me getting a proper medical exam rushing the hospital to get a medical clear to book form , interfering in the examination process , they booked me in Shasta county jail tried to make me sit in someone else's dried up pool of blood that cares not to clean ans disinfect, blood smeared all over the place, the racism these cops could not contain when they made racist racially stereotypes comparing me to rappers , thinking I'm in a gang , One of the officers that booked me fixed his mouth to tell me " hey you look like Jay -Z , you look dead on Jay-z that rapper boy ". I invoked my 5th amendment right to remain silent after expressing to him I take high offense to those racist comments , all blacks do not look the same, and I look nothing like Jay-Z.. especially coming from an white officer. They denied me medical treatment even though I had a broken arm, I could not move , damaged knee I could not move that felt like it was popped out of place , my wrists were bleeding , and hurting because of excessive force they used in forcing cuffs on me , with a broken arm, severing an few inches away from superficial radial artery that could have ended fatal had I not stopped the bleeding. They kept putting me in positions that hurt, restricting my airway grabbing the back of my shirt and hood pulling it back cutting off my circulation feeling like I had a noose wrapped around my neck , to get in for them to strip search me, headaches, back was cramped , and neck was cramped , they left me in a cold jail cell for what seemed like an eternity , I'm sitting there feeling like I m being kidnapped , at this point they still have not told me what I'm being charged with or why I was even arrested . ( So I am clueless as to why I'm even there , the officers had not found anything yet to charge me with , still have not gave me my phone call I had a right to call an attorney , upon my release they hand me a yellow piece of paper 6 hours later after coming up with some falsified charge of 148 resisting arrest. (2 counts) trumped charges one for both "bad apple" cops . I had to limp 2 miles to the closest hospital to get treated 2 in the morning , where I was diagnosed with having a broken arm , injured knee, injured shoulder whiplash/esk event due to interaction with cops . I filed a complaint. , has spare keys went and picked up the release from the police station they still didn't turn over my car key they stole , so I can drive my car off of the impound lot, I filed a complaint , they acted like they didn't want to or were trying to intervene in between me filing a complaint on all of the officers involved and provided medical proof that they I used excessive force , (I see why now , because they all are on the Brady and giglio list ) which rpd is not in compliance with , the matter was supposed to be resolved and charges was supposed to be dropped before even reaching the District Attorney's office , or the District Attorney knows about the excessive force and misconduct , Brady material on all of the officers for similar misconduct exculpatory evidence that would be in favor of me to prove my innocence to have these charges dismissed in court, and still the DA files the falsified charge, Trumps it to two counts resisting delaying obstructing in Dec of 2023 , discovery comes , The DA submits the discovery but no Brady material , come to find out this District Attorney has a history of 10 brady violations to secure wrongful convictions , I am reporting this ams submitting evidence of the discovery I RECIEVED from her office which contains a total of 2 falsified police reports by both Brady cops , and 3 other falsified witness statements by 3 other cops that are Brady listed who have a sustained history of misconduct wether it be falsified reports ,false arrest, false witness statements , lying on the stand , unlawful use of excessive force , all of their records and witness complaints from the public have all been purposely concealed by this District Attorney trying to convict an innocent retired disabled veteran of a crime I would never ever think to commit. Now my case is extended another two months , because of her refusal to turn over exculpatory evidence of Brady material, body , and police vehicle dashcam footage that woule.show these Brady cops used excessive force jumping me , ripping me from my vehicle, throwing me to the ground, and using pro longed arm control moves that were far too excessive breaking my arm. I am reporting this violation to the Brady giglio website , to have her profile created . Since she is not in compliance with the public facing platform. False report by officer Upshaw stated SHASCOM informed both him and Dahnke after they submitted my vehicle vin number , and unobstructed License plate to SHASCOM , they claimed SHASCOM informed them I was driving unlicensed, on a suspended MARYLAND drivers license I supposedly surrended to Maryland DMV in 2002 and that SHASCOM gave them my physical descriptors from my supposedly suspended Maryland drivers license that was mysteriously bought up using my (vin) which was a bold faced lie being that I just arrived to California in 2002 from Hawaii where I traded my (VALID) Hawaii drivers license im for a ( VALID) California driver's license I have maintained in California since 2002. I contacted the Maryland Department Of Motor Vehicles Investigative unit where I talked with (Detective Leslie Bank) who ran a thorough check to see if Maryland had anything in there system with me having a suspended Maryland drivers license which came back that they had nothing in the system with me ever having a Maryland drivers license period. She went on to state that the only record they have is a side photo of me when I was a very young minor , no criminal records , no traffic violation records, or records of me.being engaged in law enforcement traffic stops which she questioned why Redding police department or SHASCOM would provide false information, she then stated she would provide a detailed witness statement and send it to me via snail mail, once I submit the DMV Record investigation complaint form with my California driver's license. There has been other complaints against these officers for the same type of misconduct yet Redding police department still have these officers in the streets putting innocent people's freedom , health, and loves at risk. Her name should not be withheld, there needs to be a profile created for this prosecutor
