Statement

James' misconduct involving bias refers to when she declared globally during the announcement of her run for attorney general with the campaign promise to "get Trump". She was not a prosecutor then but allowed personal opinions, prejudices, or other factors to influence her decision-making or behavior in bringing a conspiring, nefarious, criminal case against President Trump. This bias on his race, religion, or political beliefs, and wealth status caused her to fail to disclose exculpatory evidence to the defense due to a personal bias against the defendant. The judge in this case is on the Brady List but it seems as though someone tried to scrub his citizen's report. The Bias-motivated AG's misconduct can be particularly damaging to a fair and just trial outcome and is generally considered a violation of ethical and professional standards for prosecutors. Her lead witness is a convicted liar who lied to Congress by his own confession.
