My husband passed away 9/15/22. The funeral was 9/19/22. On 9/20/22, William and Amanda Henderson came into my home uninvited and started taking things out of my home and they did not have permission. I filed a police report with Sergeant Matt Tebbe. He did his report and handed it to Jay Rich(prosecutor). This was done well over a month ago. William and Amanda stole $10,000 worth of coins, several hunting knives, personal pictures, death certificates, several items from the funeral, coin books out of my personal dresser drawer, 4 shotguns out of my closet, a pistol out of my bed side table, a handgun out of my truck, 2 safes with our personal papers and coins in, and Michaels' pocket knife taken off a bookshelf in our bedroom. I keep calling Jay Rich and he will not return my phone calls and his secretary is really rude. I was thrown out of the family home and had to take the life insurance to put a deposit down on a home for me to live in. William and Amanda Henderson have harassed me and both have threatened my life. I have video of them taking stuff out of my home and I have text messages which was included in the report. I cannot comprehend how these 2 individuals are allowed to get away with theft. I also had to file a protection order against them. William and Amanda Henderson both have felonies. So with the felonies and the threats against my life, they still possess MY firearms. I have more video and texts.
