"Dannehy, Michael R. - Hartford District Superior Court () (1075711)" ...AND "Frazzini, Stephen F. - Hartford District Superior Court () (1078094)" Frazzini was the one who conducted the 11/9/21 kidnapping of our daughter in a hearing. Dennehy didn't find out until 6 months after so he just joined in to cover his colleagues ass And that's why he got caught doing the transcript fabrications which is federal offense tampering of an official record. And when that court reporter Hungerford it says that she alerted her supervisors and above it just goes to show there was like 15 people that were in on the transcript fabrications. We only found that by chance the judge printed it off and put it into the manual hard copy court file, Before kicking our case down to another court in another town because there was too much risk to remain up there. When the clerks in the courthouse she felt so bad for us because she heard what happened She gave me the copy. We have almost a dozen people that have sent us evidence from the courthouse because they can't take it anymore but their fear of their jobs licenses If they were to say something because they're aware of me being charged 4 times Trying to criminalize us. Running a courthouse in fear Absolutely nuts.
True Judicial misconduct doesn't get any better than this. Two judges Stephen Frazzini and Michael Dannehy when ex parte comes with the court reporters over the fabricated transcripts that we may have discovered. I guess they wouldn't want the Attorney General's office Assistant Attorney General, Weber being exposed for going Investigating our witnesses and going into their 45-year old Criminal conviction records, where as a child, They were victimized for nearly half of their childhood in waves that cannot be written here. Weber then had a Marshall serve process of a subpoena to the perpetrator's(The family member - where they live presently.) house, A Marshall delivered it and it had a sticky note on it with all of her personal information and address all that stuff. The AG did this to re traumatize her so that she wouldn't come in and testify against the Department of Children and Families that got caught in kidnapping our daughter. And did it with the other judge in the email Frazzini. We were appealing the case we couldn't understand why no one would give us records because they kidnapped her from school and forged our signatures on legal instruments oath documents that we were relinquishing our parental rights and kidnapped her from school This wasn't discovered until three years later and we're just starting the litigation for it now. We've been surveillanced all of our phone records have been taken and distribute it to a hospital we identified to have used them. And we don't know who else would be using them because we it hasn't surfaced yet but we knew the local police did use them to fabricate police reports almost six months after when we were telling DC to have to fuck off and your petition of neglect is full of shit. It was in retaliation for writing a complaint on our school social worker retaliated and called one of her friends at DCF and sent a rogue DCF worker out on a mission and and we caught her she was ousted So then we wrote a complaint to DCF on Ombudsman office and the Attorney General's office and it was a week later they stole her from school and over the three the two weeks from the original fabricated three Careline reports and claimed our daughter was suicidal because of our abuse, when our witness that went and evaluated her said that she wasn't suicidal and her parents were her biggest supporters of all of her success. (180 degree difference,) hence the witness threats and intimidation, The cause her not to want to come in and testify. But she went and got this subpoena anyway and she came in about 45 minutes late crying in tears and thought there was some kind of FBI/SWAT thing going on . She told us how in the fuck did you guys ever get that address I can't even get that fucking address and just started balling.
So we found out about the kidnapping about three months ago. Our house burnt down March 2024 not related to any of the misconduct but we needed to reprint all our insurance records for tax time. When we requested the insurance company had already been sold two or three times with that big Aetna deal the largest insurance deal in US history, And had been sold to a company in another state and then a company bought that company that was from western state so there was no more state obligations for disclosures Because they didn't do business in that state. So they sent us all the claim submissions over 1300 pages of documents and after we show them to our accountant he said you've got six RICO conspiracies right in a row and there is over $3 million taken from this private insurance company. It was the old parent company and when the accountant called with us to make some more inquiries and more records "we were told those records don't exist anymore." Then a friend that works in the court had one of their friends access the docket that our juvenile case came out of apparently there's over 6000 pages of our personal information, Not just our daughters. They took her records and our records and made them corroborate, to portray that we had her involved in a sex trafficking trade, And she had been molested for years. However in that house fire was a very large safe full of every single record from every single therapist she's seen in her entire life psychologists and psychiatrists. She was born with a nervous disorder after a day and a half of Labor We were at a Catholic hospital and they didn't want to do AC section until he started packing up all her stuff to go to the other hospital, Our baby's heart rate it's almost 250/min for 12 hours and she was getting no oxygen, "preeclampsia" Couldn't figure out how or why they were being so nice to us we just thought they were so awesome after the birth. She has been special ed since she was three years old and when she was failing school we reached out to tell the social worker not to discuss anymore about the failing in front of her peers because it sent her into the abyss with depression. That was when the school social worker retaliated Call DCF and said they'll rattle their cages or whatever and then when she got ousted for not being a school social worker being a DCF worker when we wrote a complaint on it. She tried to blurt out we think she might be suicidal if this keeps up. My wife called the witness Telling her you never told us anything about that. He thought the school told this DCF worker about the wrong kit or something and sent us all the paperwork. We had a trial and when they submitted the witnesses report, He just about fell over We refabricated it to say we were abusing her sexually mentally verbally basically every which way we could. The best part was when they got caught and they said that Google online safety software program picked up a gaggle alert. Where everybody came running to make sure she was safe about the suicide she was documenting online I'm writing about "How am I supposed to learn from your punishment when all it does is cause me pain." I called IT Department at the school and got him to run a report of everything from gaggle and how many alerts and all three of our children. The photo was tampered and had a large portion of it redacted but to make it not be blatantly obvious and it was corroborated in a fabricated police report with it saying it was a picture of the daughter's neck with some abrasions from him throwing her in the closet. So they used this evidence as a double edged sword and filed it under a docket that is accessed by eservices and canceled us where we weren't allowed to use the E services and only file and paper copies but oddly didn't give us any access to the file either. We used that picture to begin all the sexual trafficking and we took the photo to a forensic expert and they identified it was a really good reason why they printed it and didn't give us the digital copy with all the metadata. They urged us to go to a pediatrician and physician that knew our daughter and see if they could identify her on that photo. Both said absolutely that is not your daughter one 100 percent. They also said that's not a picture of her neck that is a picture of an A teenage woman's vaginal area. And sarcastically made a comment the only place in the world where 9 1/2 year old would have full woman pubic hair on her vagina would be Thailand, and that's if it's all female! I was a registered nurse at a hospital and lost my job because I reported a DCF worker and another social worker from the hospital in the office behind the crisis wing that I was in charge of and when I caught My coworker letting DCF run through the records drug tests and virtually everything this woman was seeking treatment for after she specifically said keep DCF out of my fucking shit. After reporting it three days later I was fired from my job They tried to say I lied on my application but didn't allude to anything. That one is being filed too in the District Court. That explains why how and how they were getting state police after us surveilling us and so we phoned FBI New Haven And was talking to a really nice lady and she was very polite and we were making a complaint about a possible kidnapping. When we gave her our names She treated us as if we were I was Jeffrey Dahmer, and my wife was Maleficent. So we're clearly on some terrorist list or something else. A friend that's a retired state trooper Part times as a private investigator, And discovered we were being surveilled 24/7 email accounts all breached financial records property records all breached and Gave us a set of hospital records that he got from a friend's insecurity through another friend in the Health Information Management Depart department and revealed that they had changed my permanent living address about 16 months before they made all these alleged crimes. He figured out why they did that. Because they also fabricated some kind of safety plan from the hospital that we took her to get another psychiatric evaluation. And there was a treatment plan that they fabricated into a safety plan and wrote that the doctor was recommending that I'd stay at another residence. This was another one of the documents, Identified with our forged signature. So when they when they put in the petition and mentioned this fake safety plan that I had apparently agreed to stay at a different residence. When the friend at the court told us about the over 6000 pages they also scanned over them and told us that you know there was 500 500 or so pages of phone records and each one of them had the tower locations requested to be printed on them for each of the calls. And of course my phone and my wife's phone were on the same towers because I wasn't living at this other residence they created. We do have a rental property The town they had mentioned I was staying at for I think 16 or 18 months before this case started. Despite living in the same house for over 21 years. There was twenty 1 transcripts 5 pages of transcripts so there was a lot they were hiding And the same with the woman that testified about the gaggle told us that she was threatened with her license as a social worker that we were friends with for three years but it's been too risky for her to be friends with us any longer. We just don't understand how or why the hospitals would need our our phone records. So if you email US and want to contact us just so you know it probably won't be secure. When I started reporting the judges for the transcript business they were operating on the side They sent the Marshalls after us from threatening us inside the courtroom to arrest us and bring us downstairs and throw us in holding if we didn't hand over our personal property phones electronics. Its pretty bad when our own attorneys were given jobs in the office of Chief Public Defender's office to represent children as AMC'S and GAL's, It was no surprise who he ended up finding that he disclosed all of our records and evidence to them and our exhibits that revealed the misconduct. And they took her from school it was 11/5/21, and on 11/9/21, She had her own Husky account and for insurance through the state and it identified her as head of household, The account didn't have any recollection of her parents on there, DCF was identified as the statutory parent, Which in Connecticut law means there can only be one and it's not a blood relative. And on 12/21/21 they put her in an adoption agreement that we discovered as well. In a regular records disclosure, not discovery, One of their employees sent us the adoption picture which was a screen shot from the website that somebody placed in the file And at the bottom of the picture it says "I'm available" ...I like playing sports, drawing, art and love all animals." Bozzuto Was made aware of everything sent her this email and told her about the transcripts even the appellate court he said the most stupidest thing I've ever heard in the world. They denied our motion to release the court audio because "it's not our jurisdiction." Logically a 1 year old wouldn't even say that if they could talk. Without chord audio there wouldn't be a "record to perfect." As prestige as we previously thought appellate court was, ... birds of a feather! Frazzini kept making orders unbeknownst to us so we filed a motion to disqualification, And he was all eager and proud as a Peacock saying he needed to hear it "immediately to maintain the integrity of the court and so they have a fair hearing." First question we asked them are you having any ex parte's or did you have any ex parte communication with social workers, other attorneys, Police Officers, the GAL other clerks, AAG's," etc. He answered after thinking a few seconds and slowly let out a "Ohhhh, I....Ya..... I don't think I would have ever done that. Despite us naming 8 different categories of wrong involvement he was having regular nearly everyday communications with. His answer was very vague and ambiguous to his guilt." He asked if that was our first question for him for the disqualification. I gave him a smirk and shook my head and said I'm offering rebuttal evidence in full here you go and I already sent it 5 minutes ago to the other attorneys which they have nothing to do with because they don't represent you They're not your defense and I need to predisclose rebuttal to anybody.
