Statement
Under this case, I Fabian cano stayed inside the Glenn County Sheriff Detention Center for 7 months and was coerced to accept an assault charge to be released. The inmates, sheriff, District Attorney and attorneys had forced me into accepting Charges for my release. The incident became threats against my life inside the Glenn County Jail cells to leave their jail cells and bail out of Glenn County sheriff detention center. These people were passing crystal meth and making knives inside their cells with the approval of the local justice department. In coerced actions between the justices, attorney’s, and inmates they accomplished my release and began threatening me inside my parents house. In this case I should have won in trial but they bargained for me to attend mental health and probation for two years. I should have had charges dropped and a clean record from assault an Acquittal of action due to the victim’s anger and physical nature towards me. This man had ran towards me and I had to defend myself from his attempt to harm me.
