Statement

Former partner shattered out my rear glasss on my vehicle- Miami county sheriff’s deputy came out and took the report and submitted it to the prosecutor. The chief prosecutor, Peter Diedrichs has refused to file charges. This is not the first incident where the same prosecutor would not file charges against this specific individual. Said individual pointed a loaded firearm at myself and two people who accompanied me on a court order signed by Judge Grund(also of Miami County) to obtain my personal possessions from a shared residence in 2021. There was a 911 call made from one of the individuals that were there to help me and I also gave an oral statement to responding officer, again no charges filed.
