monica morrey is the prosecutor in a case against me and i have tried every route to obtain the evidence against me and monica morrey has blocked it. ive tried going through missouri highway patrol, saint joseph missouri city council, directly through the buchanan county court house, and directly to her and i am unable to obtain a discovery, police reports, probable cause statements or anything relating to my case.
