On November 4th 2025 I Ronald Skoog was riding my ATV on clapp road with my friend who was riding his dirt bike.. We past officer Gebert as he was already on a traffic stop for a speeder that the officer had on radar going 18mph over the speed limit in a 40mph zone. As we pass, just out of camera view I gave the officer the finger per my first amendment right to free speech. The officer lets his stop, who was going 18mph over go with a warning only to chase us down at a high rate of speed because he said we were going 5mph over the 10mph zone on the trail. I saw no sign. We know why he really pulled us over. Yet he told his supervisor on scene that as I passed him on the ATV I was fishtailing, staring him down and had modified exhaust. I give Officer Gebert my ID and I quote , he said oh Mr Skoog I should have known it was you. I tell the officer I am reaching for my phone to record him and he’s says no that’s ok, I’m recording right here and points to his body worn camera. I say I have that right! Officer Gebert proceeds to unlawfully detain me for recording him. He then threatens to cut my backpack off me, then he throws my backpack, then throws my $1200 iPhone 16 and cracks the screen protector on it. He then shoves me forward on cuffs and tells me not to pull away or I’ll be taken to the ground. He walks me to the front of his patrol car and illegally reaches into my pockets. He then assaults me by kicking me in my leg so hard I almost fall over. He shoves me into his patrol car assaulting me again and tells me to cry about it. All caught on his own dash cam. He was also wearing a body camera but the Wasilla police department says he was not wearing one and refuse its existence. Officer Adam Gebert is unhinged and a tyrant! Something needs to be done.
