Officer Sherwood Made false statements his report from AZDPS # 124070417 on the night of 11/26/2024. I submitted a letter to and a copy of the officers report to the Internal Affairs dept. I Joseph Mcgovern stated to Officer Sherwood that I think I have whiplash the night of my accident on the freeway on 11/26/2024 and on the right hand corner of his report states total units 2 total injuries 2 but on his written report it states no injuries. Also the report states that my vehicle was not disabled and one of the officers told me to drive home, I told the officer that my vehicle is not drivable. The officer then asked me the driver of the vehicle what I wanted to do . I Joseph Mcgovern told the Officer that I would like the vehicle to be towed for insurance reasons and it was towed to All City Towing then stolen from the tow yard on 11/27/2024 at 1030 am , my vehicle was deemed a total loss by my insurance company, this report was written by Joseph Mcgovern on 11/7/2025 at 9:30 am end of report. lawsuit pending I have all proof to validate my statement report is signed S Sherwood but his first name might start with a J.
