While on the BLEOST Board he helped to secretly remove Anthony Chancelor from their board.
Anthony Chancelor was secretly removed from the Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Training (BLEOST) in May 2026. The removal was reportedly due to concerns over his public outbursts and erratic behavior, which the board deemed a threat to the public interest.
However, the public was not notified, and his certifications were not restricted or revoked, despite the board’s stated concerns.
