me and my boyfriend are homeless and we were laying down in the park during the day i had just got some new clothes and blankets food from the pantry on reed canal lady of hope we were awaken by the officer Gaspard,fertz DB73593 he was very rude i tried to explain that we didn't know that u couldn't lay down in park in daytime i understand i was wrong but he was very verbally aggressive with me he took our belonging and tore them apart he disposed of my inhaler albuterol which i begged him i needed at that time he refused to give me also my nasal antibiotics says because it was liquid it could not go to the jail but he let my boyfriend adrian carter get his insulin. he also twice dropped and cracked my brand new phone and did not put it in report if u look at bodycam u will see that i said something to him about my phone being cracked and he lied and said my phone was already cracked
