Cheif Daniel Kee along with all Police Department personnel were summoned to a meeting later in the afternoon with the Mayor Billy Goodin about the tension caused within the Police Department due to Daniel Kee’s gossip, drama, sexual bias to Officer Connell, Code Enforcement Linda Nolen, Dispatcher Amie Fruia, and Dispatcher Supervisor Sabrina Valdez. During the morning preparations to the meeting Daniel Kee summoned Dispatcher Valdez, and Officer Connell into his office where Cheif Kee attempted to find out what would be discussed in the meeting and find out which Officers brought any issues up to the Mayor. Cheif Kee not receiving any insight on the pending meeting intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, lost his temper and an infuriated Cheif Daniel Kee explicitly in a clear profound tone exclaimed “I dont give a fuck about this meeting and what anyone has to say including the Mayor. I am the Cheif this is my department and if I say to do something and ask you to find out what anyone says I expect your asses to do what the fuck I say without questions. Connell I don’t give a fuck about the bitching you or anyone has in this department.” Cheif Daniel Kee has a pure sexist bias to any and all women whether they are Officers or not. Daniel Kee implemented a de facto quota shift bid system based on an arrest, citations, warnings, to encourage officers to compete with one another which is a violation of constitute violations of Section 720.002 of the Texas Transportation Code. Cheif Daniel Kee made sure to always change his shifts so that he may always ride with Officer Connell the only female Officer employed full time with the City Of Trinity Police Department. Cheif Daniel Kee has made it his personal mission to stay with Officer Connell no matter where she is on shift. Officer Connell is a married woman at this time to a non disclosed gentlemen. Daniel Kee has a wife of over 20 + years. Daniel Kee has made sexual flirtatious comments to Officer Connell repeatedly around coworkers and in private which Officer Connell has made aware to a select group of trusted honorable personnel. Officer Connell has confided in these trusted people to aid her in privacy to determine the best solution for the distributing, unwanted sexual comments and advances by Cheif Daniel Kee. Officer Connell has been groped on her breast while on shift by Cheif Daniel Kee who stated “ wow they are actually bigger than I thought” and requested to walk around without a vest on, and suggested to brush against the Cheif with her breast so he Cheif Daniel Kee may be gratified with his sexual desires of physical contact. Officer Connell has confided to her husband about these claims and Officer Juan Ramirez along with Evidence technician Callie Miracle. Officer Connell stated she was scared to loose her job and opted not to complete nor attempt any of the sexual wishes by Cheif Daniel Kee in fear of loosing her job. Officer Connell has been repeatedly asked several time a if she can come to Cheif Kee’s trailer home in Groveton Tx after work hours in which Officer Connell has declined.
