My family was at the dump site dumping trash when Hornbeck and Dyer quickly pulled up and quickly came to a stop. Hornbeck gets out in a quick manner and starts walking quickly as he is yelling at my husband he cant be dumping furniture in the bins and that we needed to remove what we put in there. Hornbeck went on to say ""I can give you a ticket right now" . My husband yelled back and said hey, show me where the signs are posted that say no furniture. My son started putting items back into the truck. Hornbeck could not point where it was posted and when he walked around and found it, he pointed at the sign. It states "No Tires overflowing furniture" .Please Note: The furniture was not overflowing any more when other individuals dump, we were singled out. Not to mention, my husband has has anxiety and depression since covid and is just now going out into the public again when Hornbeck and Dyer pulled up aggressively, starting yelling aggressively, instead of a more calm manner. In the end, when my husband held his hand out to shake Hornbeck hand, he said Hornbeck squeezed his hand as hard as he could. My husband said he squeezed his hand right back. I feel Hornbeck squeezed his hand to get my husband upset so he could make an arrest. The behavior from beginning to end was uncalled for and unprofessional behavior by both officers. They are here to serve and protect not be or add to the issue. The police here look and cause trouble. Totally uncalled for and the intereaction he had with my husband was not courteous in any way it was all aggressive. Video Evidence from 7-730pm at the City Barn Officer Hornbeck and Officer Dyer
