Rebecca Bumgardner was pulled over by the STING unit for reasons unknown. They violated Rebecca's and her passenger Gerald Bumgardner's rights. Jeff Edmondson threatens the passenger Gerald Bumgardner with physical harm if he doesn't comply to his demands. It is Rebecca's belief that the officers on this traffic stop were conspiring to plant drugs on her; the pills that one of the officers mention "laying on the back seat" DID NOT EVEN EXIST. There is no further mention of the non existent pills and she was falsely arrested for failure to obey an officers unreasonable command to get out of the view of the only worn body cam by any of the agents/officers on this traffic stop and back into the obvious danger of oncoming traffic. Rebecca was actively video recording this entire incident with her cellular phone which was ultimately stolen by these officers and never returned. After her release Rebecca was able to obtain the only body cam footage worn by officer Mark McGairty via FOIA request to the Lowndes County Sheriff's Department. I am submitting the body cam footage obviously altered by the department as evidence related to this incident.
