A well known constitutionalist, Mr. Reyes while video recording had gone to the HQ of the Connecticut State Police to file a complaint about an incident earlier that day. Mr Reyes first contacted Trooper Costello, Trooper Coetello is known to have been wearing a body camera on that day at that time. Reyes asked Costello if possible can he speak to anyone in a position to take a complaint. The trooper went inside, returning shortly after with a paper for the complaint. The trooper was followed out by a supervisor named Sgt. Bryan Fahey. Sgt Fahey asked why Reyes was there, only to stop Reyes just a moment after Reyes started telling Sgt. Fahey why he was there to let Reyes know he is very busy and unable to listen to Reyes. The Sgt Fahey then told and to go to the Internal Affairs office on North colony RD. At this point the Sergeant turned to return into the HQ he asked Reyes if he was going to IA now, Reyes indicated he would shortly. This was not sufficient or the Sgt Fahey who turned back to give Reyes an order to go now and leave the private property, Reyes was not on private property. The order to leave private property is an unlawful order. The Connecticut State Police HQ Is public property and the area in front o the building is not and has never been restricted in any way. Reyes then asked Fahey to return to work, as Fahey claimed to be very busy. Instead of doing so, Fahey reached out twice to grab and toss Reyes's camera phone to the ground, this is a first amendment violation. Fahey then grabbed the front of Reyes's shirt and pushed him backward across the driveway area and onto the grass area over 40 feet while yelling at Reyes to leave the private property this is first amendment retaliation after being assaulted by Fahey assisted by Trooper Costello Mr. Reyes left the property showing that the actions did prevent Reyes who is of stronger than average ability from his 1st amendment activity.
