I turned on my right turn signal but relized I was going left so I then turned on my left turn signal and proceeded to turn left. I saw a police car sitting down the road with no head lights on. as I turned left onto my street he pulls off toward my way with his lights off , a few moments later he then turns on his head lights and as I'm pulling into my driveway he blue lights me. couriously I asked the officer the reason for pulling me over. he yells and me, my fiance and my 2 children to get back into the automobile. we did, and then he States the reason for pulling me over was because I had on my right turn signal but turned left. when in fact I know I turned off my right and turned on my left. I can change my mind on what direction I take as long as I make it known and I did just that by changing my turn signal to left. after making the statement on why he pulled me over he asked me for my I.D, I not once refused to give my I.D, I respectfully asked the officer why he needed my I.D, he didn't answer he then asked if I had a drivers license and I then stated no I do not I'm not engaged in commerce that I have a right to travel in my automobile, I was only going to get my children something to eat, I also told him that I had just bought the automobile 2 days ago and was in the process of having the title and everything switched over, as well as I had a D.O.T # along with all my paper work. he then yells "I'm not listening to that sovern bullshit!" and then tells the 2 officers that were standing by my door to pull me out of my automobile. he never asked me to step out of the automobile he only told the officers to pull me out. one officer grabbed me by my neck and one grabbed me by my shoulders. how they grabbed me so quick and me not understanding why, of course I reacted due to my reflexes. I mean thats human nature I would suppose. after jurking me out of my automobile officer ledford place hand cuffs on me and walked me to officer stclair cop car and preformed a search on me without a female officer present. during the search he lifts my shirt upward and leaves it halfway up as he proceeds to search me, he then puts his hands making me feel really uncomfortable down the top of my pants all the way around me. I stated to him that he was making me feel very uncomfortable and he wasn't aloud to do that especially without a female officer present. after searching me he then places me in the cop car and searches my automobile without my permission after finding nothin in my automobile he came back to his cop car, which I was sitting handcuff in his back seat. I stated to him that they were so wrong and out of character. they had no propable cause to search me or my automobile. and they definitely did not have the right to remove me from my automobile in the manner that they did. I feared my life as well as they violated my rights and made me feel very uncomfortable how the male officer place his hands in my pants during his unlawful search. my 2 children and my fiance was in the automobile and witnessed all of this.
