I had been stopped by 4 different officers employed at the same department in less than 30 days. The first officer who I’ve had multiple repeated run ins with by the name of JOHN R Benavides. He has held me outside of the court room as well as called me a “local problem” for standing up for myself against their lies. Nicholas Quinn, who unfortunately was PROMOTED to sergeant at 500 Anniston street is who orchestrated my list recent attack. In 2021, Calhoun county and weaver conjured together to charge me with attempting to elude simply because I was finding a safe place to where I FELT safe to pull over , as a young minority who sees what police in small towns do to other people who look like myself, especially considering the fact that January 2021 was when my sense of awareness to the patterns and cycles of what the police were doing to me became heightened. I had activated my 4 way emergency flashers (hazard lights) acknowledging the presence of the blue oughts behind me. I then proceeded until I found a LIT, CAMERA OR PERSON OCCUPIED business/area to where I could pull over and not just be on the side of a dark road with the police. I was arrested, my firearm was SEIZED, my pistol permit was revoked, and I never saw either of those two items of mine again. FAST FORWARD TO 2022. I’ve noticed that weaver and these cops nearby at Lincoln, a few state troopers, Anniston police department stalk and retaliate against me every time I buy another car, or make a Facebook live/YouTube/TikTok video exposing them for such behaviors. For PRIME EXAMPLE: If I was to have a ticket dismissed in weaver, once I got back home, I started seeing state troopers coming into my neighborhood as an intimidation tactic repeatedly passing back and forth in front of my house. When I got ready to leave my house, I was followed out of my neighborhood again by state troopers. Anniston police department: coming to my house repeatedly without warrants, late at night, randomly during the day, etc. I had enough and sold my house. They do this to people who can not be controlled or manipulated so they label you as a “local problem” and conjure together to try and force you out of the community. But unfortunately even after I moved, their harassment failed to cease. In august 2022, nearly the entire weaver police department had stopped me over the course of MAYBE 30 days. First for tinted windows, then for QUITE LITERALLY, making an evasive maneuver RIGHT in front of the police and being stopped for avoiding a box that was in my lane of travel. Heather Bowden stopped me, but did NOT issue me a single citation. Approximately 2-3 days later, Nicholas Quinn stopped me and arrested me, impounded my car, seized my SECOND purchased firearm, $6,000 bond to get out claiming in the beginning of the traffic stop that I was being stopped for window tint which I’d already been stopped for less than 20 days prior, but this time over the falsely made up (again) lies of “we have warrants for you eluding, reckless diving and reckless endangerment”. My Taurus G2C and NOW G3C have been illegally seized. After a RIDICULOUS amount of times going back and forth to court, the charges were dismissed with the representation by the Victor Revill Law firm as well as having forced them to release their self incriminating discovery that I had in fact NOT committed ANY of those violations or charges, hence why the attempt to elude, reckless endangerment was dismissed. THEY, however after I bonded out tried to REARREST me because they were using those traffic violations that they had made up to revoke the probation they call themselves putting me on for the 2021 incident, again, that was in fact FALSE. So of course, they then decided to (mind you even that charge was a misdemeanor not a felony) once they seen I was NOT letting up or letting them jail me for a lie and a myriad of other false accusations, they retracted those traffic violations being the reason for the probation violation and then re enters a different court action for “oh he had a gun” as the reason for probation revocation, as to which they ALSO lost that too. Yes of course I had (AND WILL ALWAYS HAVE) a firearm because it’s not illegal nor am I listed as certain persons forbidden. How can you obtain both a permit (requires a background check) AND legally purchase a firearm (ALSO, requires a background check) and then try and drag someone to FELONY court, and they leave court without a felony or any charges and you still withhold their property AND try to faction them to 44 days in jail with no charges or violation AND THEN again, call yourself as a judge placing an innocent person on 24 mod supervised probation? Absolutely not. I got my class A cdl around July/august 2923, which proves that everything these people have tried to do to me in the name of SLANDERING AND TARNISHING MY MVR and background was a LIE. And I am NOT letting up off of it.
