Mark lied to stop my car knowing he was not following and there were no left turns as he lied in his fake ticket he submitted to the magistrate office.Mark had knowledge of my car, identify and other things due to my enrollment at CTU in their doctoral program. He knew of my government affiliation by being enrolled.Mark Agrello conspired with officers Robert Chavis and James McCree to false arrest, racial profile me. He didn't intervene in the unlawful activities of other officers but called the hit squad for the purpose of profiling me due to race amid the black protests of 2020. He vaped in the vehicle and didn't offer a mask against COVID-19. He helped lie and propetuate Robert Chavis's anger and rage of a possible citizen complaint that I might make. He didn't stop or offer medical treatment while Robert Chavis snatched me from my car,hit me on neck,back and left rib area. He was being motivated by orders from out of state mob or gang members out of Dekalb County Georgia to discredit me.
