I drove into Kettering for a block on smithville driving southbound coming from Dayton and turned around immediately and and took a left on Patterson then took my first right on Martel dr and drove close to cowick dr and pulled over close to side and turned my hazard lights on . I noticed a suv was came up from behind me and sat there for a sec , I was wondering what they were doing I thought it was non police vehicle at first because no police lights were on and I thought someone was acting like I was in there way so I put the car in gear and started to proceed to drive and they lit me up with their lights so I stopped immediately. They came up to my car and said the reason they pulled me over was because my windshield was busted up and I have license and insurance and they went from that and wanted to search my car and I said I don’t consent to searches and seizures , so they had a K9 with them and the dog didn’t have no interest in the car it seemed to me and they found contraband and took me to jail and towed my car and gave me a ticket for the busted windshield. But what they did was they were out of their jurisdiction and in Dayton jurisdiction so they had no right to harass me and do what they did to me . They kidnapped me . I went to court and fought the ticket and beat the ticket and got it dismissed because they knew they were in the wrong . One of the officers name that was in involved is Eric Hall . And in 2017 officer HAll did this to me In the city of Moraine at the Walmart and made they stop at a sonic driving deeper into Moraine same deal he racially profiles me and found contraband and took me to jail . Both of these incidents he was out of jurisdiction so he kidnapped me twice. Sandy’s towing can back me up as far my location for this last location because they have the address where they towed my car from
