Officer James (now Vicks) responded to call of auto theft. My BMW was stolen unauthorized. Perpetrator was armed. Caught on camera. Officer failed to report car stolen. Falsified police narrative. My request for that case number has been altered to reflect different crime occurred. Ongoing harassment by the E.P.D. Perpetrator registered my vehicle in his name. Became owner of car. Officer refused to help. The Edmonds Police Department refused to help. Ongoing harassment.
