My daughter disclosed that Michael Kemp sexually abused her. And, a knife was involved. My family and I lived with Michael From the end of December 2014-August 2016. We continued to see one another until August 2017. He would watch her while I worked. This sexual abuse was reported 4 times and ignored. She was diagnosed by Johns Hopkins at age 6 with ptsd, depression, suicidal ideations and much more from the sexual abuse. She was also a patient at Kennedy Krieger and was in Trauma therapy there for the abuse.
