CPS had showed up at my home I talked to them and let them take pictures of my daughter, they insisted on going in my home so I followed my lawyers instructions and told them that i needed to go pay my lawyer so he would make up paper work to show that he was representing me. I kindly told CPS that I didnt mind them following me to my lawyers office. I stopped at the gas station to put in gas down the road, took my daughter in with me, when we exited the gas station the nueces county constable precint 5 along with the sherrifs department surrounded me and wouldnt let me walk back to my car, they told me that i was going to be arrested and they were going to take my child from me or i could just hand her over without a fight. I asked to see paperwork on why or how it was legal for them to do that and they couldnt provide me with anything. Now Constable Hatch is testifying against me in court saying he found drugs on me, but that has not ever occured, Ive been to jail one time not involving drugs at all. Ive never gotten a speeding ticket in my life my backround is spotless. I dont understand why I still have yet to get my daughter back. The constable is basically making up his own story, and i feel so powerless and clueless on what to do.
