The Officer came to driver window and said I smell a large amount of marijuana from this car. We had just purchased our vehicle less than 24 hours, neither one of use any kind of drugs,when returning mr.king ID and warning he noticed a torched on passenger seat,which my son had left when I droped him off at work earlier that day. Officer butler assumed it was for methamphetamine pipes,torch lighters are not illegal to have and not always used for what officer had said.called backed for a flare gun and wanted to charge on gun charges, I am a mobile notary the flare gun is mine for emergency use.Mr.king has a very good friend in star valley name David , officer said conqinsdently Joshua king middle name is David. There was no evidence of drug use on mr.king. he has never had a drug charges or been arrested for drugs. Joshua has a medical condition of CHF with 50% of his heart working, not asking about medical condition automatically assuming he is a drug user,he sweats constantly whether it's cold or hot, and shakes, trembles most of the time.mr king was known for coaching Payson high school baseball, basketball team for many years he was the manager at little Caesars pizza here in Payson, he very well liked and known as a good hearted man. Always there for the kids.im asking please please review this case.
