I had a Preliminary Hearing on this day and have pretty good exonerating evidence that was failed to be submitted by my defense that was appointted. The DA has copies of this material because I've personally emailed it to them. I find it odd that my injuries are the worst in the case, yet nobody is considering them in the court. Also, there is an allegation of a GBI enhancement against me, yet the DA has no medical record of a ruptured eardrum despite the victim claiming to have gone to the ER that night. The police report states that the victim denied medical treatment. I'm very confused if there are medical records or not? And if there is why my defense doesn't have it or why it's not attached in the report. I find the Prosecution to be violating the Brady doctrine as in suppressing and withholding favorable evidence to the defense. This case was just a misdemeanor battery but after the testimony Its now a felony with a gbi enhancement attached. If there is evidence It should be forthcoming. Yet everything
